When I try to drag-drop a stored procedure from a Microsoft SQL 2008 data source, I receive the following error: Node: "#ListingMatches" is temp table that I create with "create table #ListingMatches (ListingID int)" at the top of the procedure Exception while processing Server Explorer drag: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid object name '#ListingMatches'. |

If you could you post your stored procedure (or a simplified version thereof) then we can take a look at this. Thanks! However I can't guarantee that this is something we'll be able to support in the designer. You may need to write the sproc wrapper by hand. This may desirable anyway because (assuming we're talking about the vertical pattern query sproc) a handcrafted wrapper will allow you to use params array arguments, user-defined types such as enums, etc., which will give you a friendlier API. But we'll investigate anyway! |

I think I found a work around, I removed all the guts of the SP in SQL, and returned a dummy "compliant" result set and I loaded it into the designer no problem. I then reverted the body of the SP back in SQL, about to test now. Thanks! |
